Chuck, actually I bought a bunch of closeout and odd lots from stain tune. There should be a number on that muffler, let me know what that is and I'll have a look

He said he couldn't find any numbers on it. He said the number on the "pipe" going to it (maybe what we want) is TBO5EMA. :)
at any rate, the inlet is shorter, and turns faster than the "standard" V11s muffler.

He thinks a muffler will make it soooo freakin' fast. Probably with some Av gas too.

Actually, it would slow it down. Roper took some weight off of the right one sliding down the road..

The 02 and 03 have a different part number, don't remember the difference for sure. I will see what I can dig up for info.

The kit comes with a replacement ECU.

I have the Titanium kit racing ECU and pipes on my LeMans. They are not in great shape cosmetically, and were shortened by a few inches. The ECU does have a new map for the pipes pre-installled - so it's a bolt-on kit. Oh, and they sound FANTASTIC.

Per the picture I posted above, there is more than one Staintune V11 muffler. Curtis has nothing like that one. I though I'd hit the lottery when I had a pair of Staintunes bought for $400 until the seller and I started comparing pictures. Apparently mine only fit bikes with complete Staintune exhaust systems.
At any rate, know what you are getting before pulling the trigger.

I can not remember what the difference between the early and the late kit is. If any one has the kit on the 03 or later bike maybe you coud post a pic and we might be able to tell.

When Curtis is sold out of those, MPH has one too. and a used Staintune system for a V10 Centauro. it has some damage to both cans, left side will polish out, rt has some dings.Email me with offers?

It looks like the difference in the kit is the footpeg hanger. The early kit for the 99 thru 02 bikes need the hanger to work, and the 03/04 did not. So yes it seems they will fit the 03/04 bikes.
