Your location
« on: November 18, 2017, 09:05:43 PM »
Just a thought....

When asking for advice on dealers, shops or parts suppliers that might be local to you it would be helpful if you were to list your location in your profile.

A city and state would go a long way for us to really be of assistance.

Now returning you to your favorite oil thread....

Really good idea Jeff . :thumb: At least give us a reference point , no need to give us an address , but something like I am in NW Missouri or South Central Texas would be a big help .

I live near Dallas, Texas.  What is the best oil for me to use in my Moto Guzzi?

Middle of the Pacific.  The dealer sells and does no maintenance, has no parts.  They SUCK.  I buy parts from others on the Mainland and my own maintenance.

No way I'm telling this bunch where I'm located!     Seriously, lived in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (home of that other V-Twin) about 8 years ago.  I'm now about 40 miles south of there in Kenosha (population @100k).  Not up for changing my user name.

No.  My neighbor for 22 years moved back to Meade.  He's still looking for a Guzzi because of my being  next to him and riding my bikes.  He's be an HD guy but has his roots in small Hondas and older Triumphs.  Both of us have common interests towards Shovel HDs.

In the summer plans, is for my blowing through that part of Kansas then heading to Moto Guzzi state rallies.  He'll be the on a HD Electra Glide.

That's the combustion chamber of the turbo shaft. It is supposed to be on fire. You just don't usually see it but the case and fairing fell off.
