These pre-1970s Beemers pop up with some regularity on IBMWR and BMWMOA Classified sites.  Here's one.  Found on one of the club classified sites.  Link to pics is on CL.

Who is this seller, anyway?  Typically, the small R65 bikes can be had for little more than change.  Typically sell at 20-25% less than a 'big block' Beemer of the same era.

That is a nice R65LS - a desirable bike these days for sure. But not THAT desirable. I think he got a little excited with the zero key. :-)

It is low miles, and beautiful condition, but I'd think $4-5K would be tops. Perhaps $6K to the right buyer.
