Hi all, I feel like maybe I should clarify why I despise click-bait type threads, and don't want them here at all.

Every day, I deal with customers computers that have been hacked, infected, etc.  People bring their computers to me that have been hacked in Facebook, Yahoo, Gmail, etc.  These hackers somehow get users passwords and then can get their contact information and send out links to those contacts. Often, those links take someone to an infected site.

The same thing 'could' happen here, if someone were to hack a members account password.  They could sign in, and simply post a link to an infected site.  Voila, 4,000 members computers could get infected. So, it's always best to tell us a little bit about the link you want us to visit first.

That's why. No person vendetta. No picking on anyone. Not singling anyone out. I hope this clarification is suffice.

Thanks,
Luap

So links to Youtube cat videos, over priced flea-bay and craigslist calamities are okay? ( I'm really still not sure on what exactly clickbait is )

Click-bait is posting new topic with only a link in it.  No words. No explanation. No information. Just a link.

Please don't post only a link to cat videos without describing why you think we'd be interested in it in the first place
