Close to Home - Calendar-Worthy Pics
« on: February 08, 2016, 08:09:37 PM »
I enjoyed a recent thread with a suggestion that we post calendar-worthy photos at least 250 miles from home. So how about a variation on a theme?

Show us some sights that are within easy reach for you - stuff you can do on a morning loop or a full-day ride.

Here we have a lovely morning somewhere near the border of San Diego and Riverside Counties.

Everything is sort of subtle in Kansas. But we do have many lonely roads which is fine with me and a curve here and there. In the lower part of the picture you can just make out the top of the windscreen. Daniel will probably know the road just from this picture.

Daniel got it correct it on my picture.  It is the somewhat NE part of Kansas. Many nice roads through that general region.

Thanks, Yah, I've seen that on MGcycle, they still stock the plexi, but OOS on the mount kits/brackets. I've looked at it before but somehow never saw in the "light" that your photos present.

Ok, thread veer over. Back to drooling on my keyboard, praying for spring. Great shots!
