Central America is friggin' humid!  Almost anywhere is humid compared to here but being near the equator was like living in a steam room for me.

I've been there (many times) before - it's only humid on the mainland, out on the islands the tradewinds keep it all under control.

Then over Jacob's Lake and down across the reservation into Flagstaff, then highway 89A into Cottonwood and the glorious View Motel.  Putting a new front shoe on the Stelvio today, and have given her a fresh change of fluids.  Let's do THIS!

We will dedicate our event this weekend to Bob Dickman who recently passed away...(See Bob Dickman R.I.P.)

I rode with Bob at both Cottonwood and Datil over the years.  He was a good guy and a true Guzzisti.  That is his 1000S and the photos are from 2015 in Cottonwood.  Bob is in the brown T-shirt with glasess...

I took two out-of-town colleagues of mine there last night for dinner.  For a Tuesday night, ALL the restaurants and bars were "packed!!"    It's quite the happening place these days with something for everyone! Go check it out sometime...no disappointments.

Minor change of plans - I won't be in Cottonwood on Friday night, as a client needs me on Friday and I wouldn't get away in time. I will be down Saturday though, unless things really get screwy.

Depending on how early I get away, I may see you at the hotel in the morning, or else meet up in Prescott at lunch.
