When you say "camping", I think of a tent and sleeping bag. Not a portable hotel room pulled behind a car or truck.
In my early days of camping I had a 7 piece kit``a furniture pad and a 6 pack of Lone Star beer.Tex
do they just tow that rig around or do they actuality set up camp somewhere?
Before I quit camping it was to ride until I was too tired to go further. Get off, lie down, get up in the morning and ride on. Absolutely minimal gear, just the protective clothes. Later on I got a sleeping bag, but sometimes it was too much work to get her up in the morning. So I rode on alone. Now if I get off and lie down , I can' get up without help so I don't camp anymore.
Kinda like this...
Camping is not hard...it is supposed to be relaxed. But trying to make the camp into a palace for the wife...well, now THAT is hard...MUST have running hot water, MUST have mosquito free zone, MUST be able to have soft air mattress...Ya I gave up after the first time I got her to camp with me...and as long as she doesn't stop me from camping, I am okay with that.
All ya gotta do is stop at a gas station, say "honey, need to use the restroom?" then RUN FORREST RUN
