Death of Ronnie Moore
« on: August 19, 2018, 03:51:20 AM »
Ronnie Moore has sadly passed away today aged 85.

Ronnie Moore, although born in Australia spent most of his life based in Christchurch. Along with Ivan Mauger and Barry Briggs New Zealand had a formidable bunch of speedway riders operating. Moore Park at West Melton, the home of speedway in Christchurch now, was named in his honour. Barry Briggs is now the only one left.
