Anybody using Agostini pipes on their V7II?

If you are I'd like to know what you think of them. Did you have to remap your bike?

Cheers,  MotoBug

Come up here and try my set. It's a five minute swap. Mine aren't for sale but you could suck it and see.

Thanks Pete. If only you were a 5 minute ride away. I'll contact Agostini see if they recommend a remap for the V7ii with their mufflers.

On the older V7s at least, the Agostinis do sound good - probably a bit better than the Staintunes, (but not &1200 better). Beetle's latest map for the MIU G3 1TB V7 works really well on my V7 Special (Mistrals with dB killer in). My recommendation is to try out his map for your bike (with the Staintunes) before spending the extra. However, if you find somebody who wants to swap the Agos for your Staintunes, it's another story.

Thanks for the replies. My bike is the V7ii so I'm interested in that model in particular with Ago's. Ideally I'd like to try the Agostini's in the hope that they would not pop too much on decel without remapping.

From what I've seen/heard on youtube you can't really go wrong sound wise with any of the muffler options. The Staintunes are expensive for sure but appearance, sound and especially the quality is excellent.
