More details.

It's basically a tricked out 1200 Explorer to go against a BMW GS Adventure.

Weight looks to be 600+ pounds with bags etc.

I remember looking at a 1200 Explorer while shopping around for either a F800GS or Tiger800 (ended up with a V7 Stone  ) and thinking they were huge bikes, not sure I'd be comfortable hauling that around.

Nice enough looking but yet another exemplification of the difference between my idea of "adventure" and that of the majority of manufacturers.

I took my cousins Tiger on an adventure a couple-three years ago... Yup, an adventure in physics it was.

I bought a 955cc Tiger in 04 and it's been one of the best bikes I have ever owned. Sure, it's a little tall and a little heavy but for long distance touring it can't be beat. Two months ago I left home for a 4,000 mile ride and the odometer was showing 107,000 miles. Trip over and all I need is an oil change. Still runs like new. My friend bought a 2015 Explorer and the first thing he did was ride it from Florida to Alaska and back. Now, he's mostly a BMW guy, but has high praise for the Explorer. Good looking bike too.

I rode a 955i Tiger for 10 years, I absolutely agree. But the Explorer is 100 lbs heavier.
