This message has nothing to do with pudding - rice, bread, black, blood or otherwise.

It now looks like I will be able to attend. Should the stars align, I may even have a new(to me) bike, likely a Guzzi (the Norge is staying but will have a stablemate). I'll be calling to make reservations for Friday and Saturday.

I'll bring a banner and flags, but the swag is no longer available...

Hi Tom -

Many riders live in the East Valley, so yes, motor on up and join us!

The Rio Verde campground is right down the road (5 minutes) and has some great little shaded camp sites.

Barring snowstorms in Alberta, Montana, Idaho or Utah I will be there. The long-range weather looks good for the week of May 1st. Looking forward to my first NAR Guzzi event.

More likely some rude French voyageur songs - they're almost Guzzi, since they talk about traveling and pretty girls, and are in a Latin language!

Well, if you're going to own an island, that's not a bad one (he got a bargain, only half a billion!). I've been there scuba diving (mostly in the 'cathedrals' area) - pretty good, but Kona remains my favorite diva area in Hawai'i...

You're right about the Cathedrals. Kona is a better area because of the drop off into the DEEP. Amazing amount of sea creatures that will put humans back into the food chain and not the top.

The National Guzzi Rally @ John Day should be great and a few AZ Guzzisti are going. Wish I could join them, but will be on business in Asia at that time.

Next Guzzi event for me will be Datil, New Mexico in August.

Faye and Richard from Phoenix should be there this weekend for the non-rally. I would do a yakiniku kalbi if I could have been there. I may ride back from the National with them.

I plan to be there Friday for pizza and head back to California on Saturday (escorting daughter home from college).

I just made a reservation for Friday night for $100 (receptionist said it was the last available room). It has 3 beds, and is non-smoking. I'd be willing to share if somebody needs accommodations. Send a PM if interested.

Weather forecast calls for showers - looks potentially heaviest around Prescott. I'll be sad if I have to skip some of the roads around there and Jerome.

Yes, forecast shows clouds and rain Fri.-Sat.-Sun., temperatures 45-46-50 at night, 59-63-64 during the day, but hey....the weather forecast changes in AZ like every place else... so no worries...and it is all part of the adventure! (IMHO)

In preparation for Cottonwood, I was out rad testing the ol' "Yellow Horse" this afternoon! She ran GREAT @ 4500 feet above sea level - no issues with fuel injection!
