New to me. Bought this 2016 V7 II Stone today. I'm looking forward to some road trips this spring.

I just can't help but feel that there's one of those in MY future.   What a great and functional looking bike!

-17 C today.  Roll on summer.

2003 Titanium with just 3500 miles, I recently bought it.   Why buy a bike like this if your not going to ride it ?

Nice new bike. . .but look at that Trophy back there.  I should've kept mine.  Fond memories of that bike.

All us guys have quite a bit in common or we wouldn't be here ...

I have a '14 Trophy SE triple, really nice bike!   Would go well with a V7 ....

New to me. Bought this 2016 V7 II Stone today. I'm looking forward to some road trips this spring.

Just noticed it, but is that an LED headlight like the one motodemic offers or did they retrofit a jwspeaker?

Thanks!

Hi,

That's a sweet set up!!
May I ask you the make & model of your windscreen??
Seems just about the right height & size.

Congrats, and welcome to the smallblock club.

Tell us about that headlight.
Thanks for the welcome. It was bound to happen. That headlight is the Harley-Davidson Day-maker. It works well. Since it has been with me the bike has only been ridden for a few minutes at night. (I hope your recovery is swift. I've been following your thread about the surgery.)

I actually went to the shop to talk about buying a used Corbin seat for my California EVT to provide a little more leg room. I walked out with this. The flat seat makes it possible to move back and get all the leg room I need.

Pablo, I'm sorry, but I don't know anything about the windshield yet. I'll try to find out from the original owner and get back to you. It works well. I generally dislike small windshields. I normally rather go without one since most of them simply aim the air stream right at your head. However, this one does a decent job. It causes minor helmet buffeting as the speeds get over 50-60 mph, but is minor enough that I can usually ignore it.

That Trophy is in very nice condition. I have seen it around around town for several years. I can't remember the exact amount, but it is for sale for some ridiculously low amount. The only issue is the D&D mufflers which are too loud for my tastes.

Yep, me in Vancouver BC. sold it to Moto Borgotaro about 3 years ago who in turn sold it to a guy in (I believe) New Jersey. Had to round up some cash to finish this:

I like it. I have a 2001, started out looking like yours, now it looks like this,.....

Wouldn't mind having a little luggage rack like yours has. Where did you get it? Cost $?
