Please get this out to non WG members who will be attending , thanks .

In the interest of keeping this simple , because , well , I'm simple , we will need to make deposits in the form of a money order .

$25.00 for singles , $35.00 for couples , dogs and kids under 10 are free .

Make the M.O. out to Dusty Turner , P.O. box 3093 , Muskogee OK , 74401 .

We will base food and provision purchases on deposits received , the cutoff date will be April 15 . Those who don't send a deposit will still be welcome , but the Fri night BBQ provided by the city at a small cost , and the Sat evening catfish fry provided in the rally fee might not have enough food to feed the walk ins .

Those prices are outrageous. Outrageously cheap that is. What a deal!

Folks, you better get in on this deal. You'll not see anything like it again probably forever. $25 to cover a rally fee? Camping, food, bike show, camaraderie, great town, awesome campground and so much more.

Just in case some don't know, money orders are cheap and very easy to get. Me, I picked one up at the grocery store. 79 cents regardless of the amount. Easy peasy.

Yep, told the kids they would have to eat dog food for the next week as a result.

Dusty, rather than using the word contact in the thread title, perhaps change it to, or add, registration to the title. It might be helpful in getting peoples attention. Just a thought.

Actually, my money order was free at our local bank since we have an account there.

Dusty, how many "pre-registrations" have your received? It might help to see that number grow on a weekly basis. Just a thought.

Only eleven so far , seems maybe the interest in having a national gathering wasn't quite what we thought . Haven't checked the PO box today .

11 so far. That means you'll have at least 110 people show up. The rule of thumb that I learned is that only 10% will follow instructions.

I predict the next two weeks you'll get a lot more pre-registrations.
