Hi, folks.

I've said it here before, but I'm a real fan of the videos put out by Canadian online retailer, FortNine.  No BS, complete honesty, and laugh-out-loud humour.   I thought I would share a link to one that just came out today, as I think it is really helpful in evaluating riding gear -- especially when buying online.  Hope you enjoy:

If you're looking for really honest reviews, Ryan will give 'em to you.

Cheers,
Shaun

Hi, Nick.

Agreed.  Every transaction I've had with them has been painless and efficient.  Very refreshing, especially these days.

F9 is my go-to. Love them.

Yep, I don't subscribe to many, and almost never a commercial creator, but F9 is an exception.  I can't imagine manufacturers are always thrilled with Ryan's brutal honesty, but I'll bet they're selling enough product to ease that pain.  I find their approach to be so refreshing that it makes me want to shop there.  It's so nice to find someone who will tell the honest truth, and not just regurgitate marketing BS.  Full marks.

Cheers,
Shaun

Ryan is pretty fantastic, and the rather art house cinema bike reviews are extremely well done.

It sometimes bothers me how comparatively few viewers he receives compared to some of his lesser contemporaries, it’s heartening to see him get some love on here.

Go to John O' Groats and Nordkapp and live in it for 3 weeks.
You'll know for sure.

I'll bet the wholesalers are delighted with the reviews. He gives customers legitimate reasons to buy up, into the high-price categories where the long margins live.  They could use his stuff as sales training for cycle shop salespeople.
