Saturday night
« on: May 19, 2018, 06:57:29 AM »
Wow apparently someone is getting married. All I know is that privilege wins. I wish them well
Sitting here at the pub enjoying several
Had a great day today, my rebuilt ankle allowed me to clean the Stelvio. The replacement grommet on the bash plate stops it rattling like a demented millionaire’s baby and I am ready to balance the TBs and install a new map (Thanks Mark)
Looking to reconfigure my workshop to make room for my planned Griso project. Just need the last of the Southern stars to align.

Some pommy bloke and his American Sheila. Apparently from the sane end of the Windsor heritage
Ankle is getting better, pain has been notable but the alternative was ankle replacement within 5 years
Trust all is well in your end of the MG spectrum?

Some hag in a roadhouse tried to show off today by telling me that her Son lives 5 miles from Windsor Castle.
She flinched a bit when I showed her the photo of a Red Norge parked (illegally) close to the gates with the Castle in the background in 2017.
In order to shit her even more, I pointed out the similarities in the number plate between that one and the one outside her rancid, rat infested diner.
The Dim Sims were good though..!
Never did get the smile that I paid for though..

A bit of a slap in the face to Harry I thought.
I see his Dad never got an invitation, yet Prince Charles was there.
Maybe there was a clash with the Polo... :clock:

The agreement was Harry’s Dad would walk Harry down the isle and Chuck would accompany the bride.
Must have got a better offer at the polo?

Last time Camilla went to the Polo, some bastard tried to throw a saddle on her.
The only reason they realised their mistake, was the horse had nicer teeth...!
Just.

Running out of Windsor jokes at about this point.

Must say, as a lifelong republican, I like Harry and William, their public persona is a credit to, what I assume, is their late Mum’s influence.

No, I didn't watch.
I wanted to, but I started picking bugs out of the oil radiator on the Norge and it was just too interesting by comparison.

My wife watched the whole thing. They seem a bit regular folk for royals, and that's a good thing.
