But if you do it's great to have that pull down menu where you can choose by brand...motorcycles only.

If you want to multiply your time wasted exponentially, try looking into "Parts"....

Nope, whatever you do, don't do that....

You misspelled *anything* for sale starting with "oldest first."

This is, in fact, how I ended up with my '71 Norton Fastback Commando.

Mount Gay is my favorite, but in this instance it was Pusser's. How apropos.

Given the time of Shorty's post and his confessed state of being we may have to wait for an explanation of what he bought while he sleeps it off

:boozing: Well I did not buy anything, (I think  ) but I spent an hour just drooling over bikes for sale. I like the 70s and 80s models the best. It was fun seeing some of the styles come and go, and seeing bikes that were built only because they  could: turbocharged 650 cc twins, inline 6 cylinder behemoths.   Ebaying  is like a trip to a bike museum, while drinking booze and listening to reggae...   Looking at the bikes I'm watching this morning: 2 full dressed FLH models for about 7 grand apiece, an 86 GSXR, and a BMW K75 maintained by an obsessive owner. The chances of me getting any of them, nil.

Recipe for a disaster:

Mix 1 part each:
1) elevated blood alcohol level
2) solid internet connection
3) valid high limit credit card

Wait 1-14 days for the " What have I done......."

Before the internet, it was QVC.    I had a friend who'd watch QVC late night after drinking.
Then, he'd be surprised when the items he bought would arrive.

I was laying in the hospital after a pretty serious gizzardectomy, and the Kid said, "Haven't you been looking for a Monza for years? Here's an unmolested one, and the buy it now is right. Want me to punch it?" Knowing full well that a guy shouldn't make any decisions while under the effects of drugs, I said, "Sure."

Learned my lesson years ago. I put out a $8,000.00 drunken bid on a bike I couldn't afford. ( I suppose could have made it work if I had too.)

There was a sweaty hour of wearing out the refresh button. I thought had won. Turns out two pricks out bid me with one second left. Bike sold for $8,001.50.

No more Stoli and E-bay! :boozing:

Both are certainly worthy, and I'd add Cockspur to the list!

My EBay account was hacked, twice, my PayPal account, three times.

I never use either anymore... if I could, I'd find the hackers and thank them. They've saved me thousands.
