Wrecked Quota parts on eBay

Looks like there are quite a few 2000 Quota parts for sale on eBay right now.  They seem to be from the same bike, and judging by the fairings, it looks like a wreck.  Anybody know about this bike?

$100 for a owners manual! I would say his prices are a bit unrealistic.There are only so many Quota buyers out there.

If all the quotas that were imported and are still on the road it would be 200-300(probably closer to 200). I would say less than 125 exist in the wilds of North America. I know of at 3 have met their demise in the last 2 years.
