I like this one much better:
http://cleveland.craigslist.org/mcy/5201076421.html

I know the guy that built it (Paul Linn), the previous owner (Mike Skaggs) and the seller (Tom Formberg). All long-time, great, Guzzi guys. I did some work to it and put a little over 100 miles on it as well.

I agree.  Those are my original mufflers off my Eldo.

Nice bike, I would have to paint them fenders though.  Every time I see chrome fenders I think of my old Honda.  I'd like to have a pair of those boot guards.

The LAPD Eldo I sold in 2011 that I still regret had the same seat as the green one in Antietam's post, except mine was the original GT white/black with the MG lettering on the back.

I can't tell you how mad I get at myself for selling it. I try to think of it as just an inanimate object, but it was COOL.

$7k and the bags don't match.  It looks like the poor thing is hauling around a couple of egg sacs.  Would it kill a guy to PAINT THE BAGS?

I like white 'bags and fairing on a black bike.

But then, my Wixoms aren't as huge as those DBs...

Perfect characterization! I didn't catch that at first, but you're right! Although I agree with Antietam, I also like white bags/fairing with black bike. But THIS one doesn't have a fairing, so it doesn't look "balanced". NEEDS a forward offset with those huge DB bags.

Nice bike, I would have to paint them fenders though.  Every time I see chrome fenders I think of my old Honda.  I'd like to have a pair of those boot guards.

I don't think I've really noted that one of the reasons I'll otherwise inexplicably prefer one loop over another is my preference for painted fenders. Chrome or polished fenders aren't at all bad but come up short when compared directly to well painted versions.

The California police Eldos came from the factory with them stainless fenders (V7 Sport too) Not that common, and I prefer paint as well.
