Wow! Thanks for posting that Meinolf and thanks to Beard for the incredible work. I'm particularly intrigued by the fuel consumption scalar as the inaccuracy of the readout has always annoyed me.
What bikes are these updates for?
Sorry Meinolf. It wasn't my intention to disregard anyone's contribution. A big "thank you" to EVERYBODY contributing to this! I can't begin to imagine how much work is involved. I'm just a user, but very grateful for this tool!
Merely reading the list of changes gives a hint of the effort involved in this - boggles my mind. On behalf of all of us, thank you, thank you, thank you.
My 2008 Norge 1200 has a beetle map with lamda disabled...would there be any advantage to switching to this setup? Or am I even asking the queztion correctly?
I'm sure the GuzziDiag creators could explain better, but think of the xdf file as being a window to look into the various tables within a map. It isn't a map itself. This new xdf allows you to read the map better and gives access to some parts of it previously not visible.
Guys, the files that Meinolf has posted here are NOT maps. They are plugins for TunerPro, the software most of us use to edit & modify maps. The maps are not easily human-readable, but the XDF allows us to display a map in an easily read format.
