relay switch on an 02 Cali

A buddy has purchased an 02 Cali. Special Sport and the turn signals have quit. Does anyone know where the relay switch is located on that bike?

Assuming it is located in the same place as the '01 EV's I had, the flasher can would be under the right side cover below the fuse block.

edit: I might add that this is a turn signal flasher can like we have had for some time on cars prior to the can bus stuff.

if it's not the flasher and I doubt it is find the flasher relay on the diagram on side cover and replace it. smartest thing to do is replace them all with new 5 prongs. at the very least clean them.
