It's not clear where these bikes are. The same seller is always listing the bikes on Florida CL too. I've never called to ask, but see here--

I had looked up the bikes in FL, also wondering why they were on VT c/l.  Didn't see that W2.  Very cool. I've had 3 of them.   It's really difficult to find them in decent shape.  Excellent original & nos parts are even harder to to find.
