A little different comment than you'd make, I suspect, if you or any of us knew the guy.  :sad:

I've had very close calls of the same sort; riding back to Buena Vista on US60 after the June "derecho" that hit the VA Guzzi Rally, an electric wire was hanging over the road and I just missed it by ducking .... and Fay, in her Buick, was getting ready to pass a truck overloaded (overheight) with junk, which cut an electric wire which snapped down, arcing, against the car, leaving dents and burn marks on it ....

Doesn't seem likely but it's more likely than you'd suppose.
