Uh, no one asked Dusty what thread pitch?? ......10mm comes in 1.25 and 1.50....

Stress not my metric thread virgins 99% of what you'll come across will be Metric Coarse  :thumb:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_metric_screw_thread

Things like M7 exist, but I've yet to see one and fine threads occasionally pop up on conduit fittings for example

The only thread I can think of off hand on my B11 that might not be metric coarse is the "no-touchy-screw" and we know we don't touch that anyway ..... don't we

In some parts of Oklahoma Cash in used instead of the standard chickens and goats as payment for goods.

I play hell strapping chicken cages on the back of the EV. The chickens get pretty frazzled too.

OTOH, nothing like going to Denny's and them frying the chickens you brought in.  Fresh and tasty.

The trouble for me is when I bring a goat and get 40 chickens for change. cargo nets are great, always bring one when I roll thru Oklahoma on a bike trip.

There are bar & grills in hunting country where they'll cook up whatever you bring in.  I've rolled in with a few grouse and some chanterelles and traded with the grillmeister for some very good cooking!  All those chickens would be even better, on account of you don't have to bite #6 shot when you eat it.

I forgot -- don't do that if you have Tex along.  No telling what he's bringing to the table.  I mean -- literally -- that one time -- nobody could identify it.  Dusty was the grillmeister and mixed it in with the catfish like we weren't gonna notice.

Back to the OP, did ya get the shifter sorted????
The best part of riding a motorcycle is to tilt the horizon and to lift the front coming out of a corner and to drift the back end powering thru loose dirt and to catch a little air topping a hill and... yeah it's all good!
