We used to own a V65C with bags.  Sold it to Carl Allison before he moved to Arizona.  IIRC he sold it to someone in SoCal.

Meanwhile, I have an '87 SPII.  This bike uses exactly the same frames and bags so I suspect it also uses the same keys.  I'll have to search and find them and report back with numbers and photo.

The bag keys are all the same, iirc. The key for the bag to bike is the same as ignition key. I have some spare bag keys I can send to you, I'll go look at my V65C to see if I'm thinking right. What condition are your bags in? Mine cracked on the mount side which is common for them . I repaired them by plastic welding and bolting in aluminum stiffeners, then some plastic glue. There's better bags for sure but the factory setup is purty neat and it's getting rare to see them because they broke easily and had a habit of coming open which I cured with black webbing around them. Looks ok with the black snap buckles found at a hardware store.

The locks and keys are made by SUDHAUS of Germany.

The luggage box  fore and aft latches themselves and their keys are labelled with 220.

The box to frame locks are stamped with 771.
The box to frame keys are stamped on one side with S150 and on the other side with DBGM.

See pics:

Pretty rudimentary stuff.
