Deep Woods Rally
« on: July 24, 2022, 06:46:43 PM »
Anyone going to the Deep Woods Rally in Randle Washington on the weekend starting August 12th. I am planning on being there as are my two buddies from Reno. First time for this one so I don't know what to expect but I am sure it will be a good time like all the Guzzi events I have been to. I will be on my Triumph though.

You'll dine like royalty and be camping in a rather thick , tall ,forest with a cold
stream nearby to keep your beverages cold . Been there twice and am going again !

Looking forward to it. Haven't done a lot of longer distant riding this year. Went from cold and windy to really hot. Also have a new rescue dog that has needed extensive care both by me and a distant vet. See you there.

Starts tomorrow, anyone else. I am more than halfway there. Only a couple hundred miles or so tomorrow.

Not only was the weather fabulous , but , both of us from the Great White North couldn't have
been made more welcome , we even had our own flag set up for our arrival ! They go over the top
every time I've been to this rally and many thanks for putting this event on .   Peter , (without a yellow motorcycle)

Excellent

That was always a good rally, the last time I attended was 1990 so I’m glad to see it’s the same! Thanks

Any of you guys check out the cherry stands for fresh cherry cider?  Last time I was there I had a bag of Rainier cherries that I was eating at the rally.   :thumb:

I didn't see any cherry stands. I did see lots of Rainier beer though.   :boozing:
