Billy Sims must vary. Had it first in OK and it was so so. One opened in a town near us and is much better. For great central KS BBQ, Pig in Pig out in Wichita is one of the best IMHO. Another great one is just off I-135 in Salina called the Hickory Hut.

Billy's spare ribs are as good as any.  At least 9 out of 10.  BBQ is NEVER 100%.
