The clip on the hose to attach to the valve stem went missing on my Accu-Gage. One email and no questions and they mailed me a whole new hose with the attachment clip. ;-T

At the psych clinic where I work, one of the MDs said, "You could drink cherry Kool-Aid and rent yourself as a thermometer".    Hmpf.
