UK Andy Sidlow Framed Endurance Racer

<< < (27/27)

Turin:
I weighed the bike today using bathroom scales. I had my doubts if this would work.

The Sidlow bike weighs in at 434 lbs. with 3/4 of a tank of gas.

For comparison I weighed a few others to see if the numbers were real. Those results follow.
1998 Centauro 565 lbs. (Stock) with a full tank. Geez.
1997 Daytona RS 535 lbs. (aftermarket crossover, carbon mufflers, other carbon bits.) full tank. the crossover and heavy stock mufflers account for the difference.
1991 Lemans 1000 529 lbs. (Staintune exhaust system) full tank.
1975 850T - 501 lbs. (lots of mods) full tank.

At some point I'll go to a weigh station with a full tank, but so far I feel pretty good.

Turin:
Latest video. Handlebars changed out to shorter bars. The wide bars did not go well with the quick steering. It's stable at speed. Still getting used to the handling... it's not a tonti or a spiney. It pulls pretty hard. Check out the flashy tail light! the seat sucks, even by Guzzi standards.
