My partner Ann’s grand daughter Penelope.
Comes out and says..
“Can I borrow a clean piece of rag please Ziz..? (Name she has always called me..)
“Yeah, what for Pen...?”
“To clean the bike..”
“Which one..?”

 :thumb: Start 'em young! When my daughter was 7 or 8, she would come out and pick a scooter to sit on whilst I checked tires and whatnot. Now that she's 10, the computer rules her world but she still likes the scooters.

Yes..
A long time ago but I remember it. I used to pick my Son Christopher (V85 lover) up, and put him on the bikes, Cars, 4WD’s, Piper Super Cub etc...
Now he could pick me up if he wanted to.... :clock: :clock: :clock:

Funny you say that and your point is extremely valid.
She is parented in the old fashioned way by her Mum and ultimate authority by Granny (Ann), who she is terrified of crossing. The deal is, that she absolutely NEVER...! gets on the bike without asking me first and NEVER...! When I am not there.
She has to ask at the start of the day and then the ok applies only for that day..(I ensure that the bikes are on the centrestand in that case).
My own grand daughter Juliette (Christopher’s daughter), is coming along nicely




There is a Yamaha Pee Wee 50 and a Suzuki DS80 for either of them to ride when they want.
