Wixom Brackets for Loop?

Can Wixom brackets made for the earlier BMW airheads be adapted for use on an Ambassador? My bike came with a pair of Wixon bags, but the brackets were lost. I've been looking for a set of brackets and have only found them made for an airhead.

They can be adapted, best if you have a Guzzi set to copy off of. You could probably make something that would work fairly easily, it just wouldn't look like the original Wixom mount.
