Guzzi friends.

I plan to arrive Saturday sometime mid-morning.   I've got a room for Saturday set up.

I'm assuming that Dusty has got the T-shirts and everything is getting distributed successfully.

Just packed my trailer.

Bev and I should be leaving this afternoon.  Hope there's a dry spot to park.

Beautiful day in Cedar Vale.  Hilltop Restaurant was busy for breakfast with the influx of Guzzisti.  Hewins Park was bustling with Guzzisti.  Forty-something folks for supper at the pavillion.

The weather is great, so don't miss Saturday's festivities, if you're in the area.

A few pix from Hewins Park today:

20 miles out of El Reno, OK AT 6:PM.  stopped for food.  Everything running normal.

NP on the LeMans.  Next time I'll remember to bring feeler gauges if you'll shorten you adjustment interval to a couple years from three.   :whip2:

Good time!  Dusty did it up.

Followed Rodekyll for about 35 miles West before turning for home , here about 45 minutes , fun if mostly uneventful ride , although a fella did try to challenge me in the twisties  on HW 11 on a certain brand of 'Murican bike . More about that later , not sure he ever figured out just what kind of old beat up cruiser lookin' thing loaded down with a bunch of camping gear was disappearing from his front view at such a rapid rate  Did get to help a gentleman pick up his largish cruiser after he had a low speed parking lot tip over , so I was representin'

Had a wonderful time , thanks all , and Smithswede , well buddy , everyone is convinced you missed your calling

More later , Doug and I are in the early stages of planning the Okie camp out , details in a couple of months .

 Dusty

We couldn't have asked for better weather!  It was nice getting to know everyone a little bit.  On the way back home to Wichita, took 281st Rd north from Cambridge which is awesome with lots of 45mph curves and this 1874 log cabin.  From there went to Atlanta then straight north on Cole Creek Rd which is also picturesque if not too curvy, up to Hwy 400.
