Along with the odd side cover mounting, what’s going on with the foot Brake and shifter. Bike has pegs, but the controls look like they are for a floorboard set up. Puzzling...

The foot levers are from a peg model not floorboards.

I think its overpriced considering it as a salvage title bike . Around these parts, salvage title status will reduce the value of a bike by at least 30-40% from the normal selling price. Is that bike a "hydro"?

Oh, I thought that the peg bikes would have a standard shifter, not a heel and toe.

The foot levers are from a peg model not floorboards.

in any other manufacturer your right but that's the quirks of Moto Guzzi.
