Serial Number Verification

I recall once using a website where you could enter a Moto Guzzi Serial Number and get info to verify year and model. But I cannot find it again.

Does anyone know where such a thing exists?

  Hmmm, doesn't seem to work with mine.  Just to see what they say officially....
