By these rules, yes.The article says that he "defies the laws of physics". If it didn't have skis on it........It's a motor boat. Still takes a steady nerve! It would sink like a stone if he lost power. And any excuse to cruise around Como is a good one.

Yes, but that doesn't read as well for the hoi-polloi as "defies". Like the evergreen nonsense about "scientists say bumblebees shouldn't be able to fly" and stuff like that.
