Frank, in Blue Velvet.

Hachi, the dog (yes, actually three dogs)

Marley (22 different dogs) and Spike (Old Yeller) are also top on my list.  All of them better than any human actors.

Spike was a more versatile actor as he was in several movies and TV shows.

Following up on some of the previous posts, Peters Sellers was so good in so many different movies. Kind of think of him as the precourcer to Steve Martin. Many of his movies were so out there. Very talented and funny.

Dustin Hoffman in....... Little Big Man

great movie somewhat over looked,  even by Hoffman fans.

Chief Dan was great in it too.   Mr Merryweather reminds of someone.

Maybe Gondorf but not Butch Cassidy, well maybe Butch too.

Maybe Hud too?  Not Harper.   Maybe?

even though I already mentioned it...he played it "straight" but he stole the show, even from Peter Sellers.

Major T. J. "King" Kong: "Survival kit contents check. In them you'll find: one forty-five caliber automatic; two boxes of ammunition; four days' concentrated emergency rations; one drug issue containing antibiotics, morphine, vitamin pills, pep pills, sleeping pills, tranquilizer pills; one miniature combination Russian phrase book and Bible; one hundred dollars in rubles; one hundred dollars in gold; nine packs of chewing gum; one issue of prophylactics; three lipsticks; three pair of nylon stockings. Shoot, a fella' could have a pretty good weekend in Dallas with all that stuff."
