Tomorrow morning I will be leaving with a group for a Pi(e) ride.  The plan is to head to Royer's in Round Top for some pi(e).  Kickstands up at 3/14/15 9:26:54 of course.

Exactly.  The same group that recognizes pi day next year is the group that didn't celebrate the dawning of the new millenium until 1/1/01.  : )

Well, I won't recognize that one either.

"Real" date time group is  year:month:day:hr:min:sec.  So, Pi day would be in 3145:9:2:9:20:xxxx.  Translated to 'American' that would be Sept 2, 3145 at 9:20 in the morning.  Not in my lifetime.  But, that's just a function of the Roman calendar and is probably not related to the earth at all :)

Of course we could go by the Mayan calender and the earth would cease to exist :)

:D  :D

But, I will be out riding tomorrow morning, even if it isn't the real Pi day.  :D

Since it is my birthday, get to celebrate the 3.14 part every year. Not that it matters, but I am forty thirty-two ;D
