Winter Reading...NGC
« on: January 20, 2020, 11:36:35 AM »
Campfire friends, it's winter and thus a good time to hunker down with a book.  More specifically, a motorcycle book.  I'd like to recommend "David and Suzanne's Big Frickin' Canadian Morotcycle Adventure" by David P. Moore.  My wife is currently reading this for the second time and her laughter is making a mockery of our crappy weather!

https://www.amazon.com/Suzannes-Frickin-Canadian-Motorcycle-Adventure-ebook/dp/B0052NFMY4/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=david+and+suzanne%27s+big+frickin%27+canadian+motorcycle+adventure&qid=1579541700&s=books&sr=1-1

$11.49

Chuck, when you read the book bear in mind that it is written as a series of letters to his daughter who is going through Navy OCS.  He is letting her know what Mom and Dad are doing in her absence.

Amusing book. A good read with some interesting and amusing tales and a satisfying amount of humour. I always thought Americans were funny. This confirms it

People should read this. It's a valuable guide to motorcycle travel in Canada. Every word is accurate and true. You have been warned  :boozing:
