I’m always amazed at how the simple things elude me. I brought the V50ii up to check out the National and then get some riding in in Vermont to get to know the bike. I went for a 10 hour jaunt around the mountains today and it felt pretty anemic through Smugglers Notch and, well everywhere. It was wheezing to get to 6,000 rpm and didn’t want to break 60. That is until I realized that I need to grab a second handful of throttle to really lift the slides. The second hundred miles were so much more fun.
