Great Race Stops In Joplin
« on: June 23, 2021, 04:39:46 PM »
There were a couple of cool vehicles in the Great Race vintage car race as well as some camp followers with interesting motorcycle trailers.
Honk if you want more pix.

the trailer with spoked wheels had a front wheel off a harley on the right and the rear wheel on the left as well as long travel independent air suspension provided by adjustable twin air shocks mounted horizontally on cantilevers.

Took my Galveston Dad (chosen family) to Nacona, TX to spectate at the Great Race.  Visited the Horton Classic Car museum , St. Peters Church in St Joe, and followed the footsteps of the Conquistadores along the Canino Real de Tejas.

The Winnborghini passed a covey of Labos on the way back.
