I would say about a grand so I will give you double if you can deliver.

On a serious not Alan at Classic Motorcycle Sales has sold a few in the last 18 months https://www.classicmotorcyclesales.com.au/sold-bikes/
I know they were priced around 25K to 30K depending on condition. I can't say for sure what he got but I normally gets close to the money he asks.
I know Alan is very approachable and may give you more accurate numbers. I will be seeing him in a few weeks and could ask for you.

He has probably sold the most V7 sports in Australia in the last 2 years.

In the US the V7 Sport used to be valued higher than the early Lemans.  That seems to have flip flopped in the past 10 years or so.

G'Day Ray.
I delayed responding to this topic because I very seriously considered making you an offer myself. Although I could have funded it, it came to two issues: 1. I have a weird affliction which means I can't love Black bikes whatever they are, 2. If I buy a cheaper, lesser bike, there will be $ left in the piggybank for possibly another trip to Italy next year.
Now to the question at hand:
What's a V7sport worth these days?
Over the last 12-18 months there seem to have been 10 or so advertised in Oz, the figure would be at least 30K, less for an ordinary one and certainly more for one as fine and complete as yours.
Chances are you shouldn't need to advertise it, I'm sure you'll find a loving home for it amongst "the Frats" or other owners groups in OZ. Word of mouth is most likely to find a "genuine" new home.
Good luck to you, it's one hell of a Guzzi.
Allthebest,
Craig.

Had my ‘74 out for a ride this morning in perfect fall weather.  I’d have a difficult time ever parting with it.  Restored 10 years ago by Charlie Mullendore.  Still has less that 20K original miles.  Finally had to put a new battery in it yesterday. The first one lasted 10 years.  Currently insured for $15K  USD.
