TTs are *very* scarce in the States. I have seen two.

Yours, to me, is what an adventure bike *should* be. Bloated BMWs and dare I say Stelvio are just not really capable of real off road riding, IMHO.

^^^ This. Seem to be quite a bit more in the UK and Europe. I've heard that some Guzzis that are plentiful here are rare over there (Converts). Maybe we can work a trade - a container full of Converts for a container of V65TT and NTX.

Stelvo NTX is a lovely bike to ride, but it must weigh twice what my tt does and is so top heavy.

Has anyone gone the other way and created a "v75tt" out of a newer V7?
Is the frame basically the same small block frame but with longer suspension and different tank seat, fenders...?

I don't think I have EVER seen a TT in the states here.

No need for the flame suit. I have the Stelvio mainly as a two up tour rig. And it is good for that. But it is a pig of a bike to manage in dirt.
Something like that small block TT (as in closer to a WeeStrom) would be MUCH better for solo riding.

From my shop in IL, Helped the owners of two TT's prepare for a trip to Rio, Brazil from IL. They made it and more.
One has a NTX tank, the other has saddle tanks by the headlight. Well known Rally goers from IL

Moto Guzzi themselves should go that way. Seems like a no brainer to me. The concept is heading there with the Neuvo Stornello which hasn't been released in Australia yet. Just needs 21" front & long travel suspension. The 6-speed gives a good spread of ratios and nice, low 1st gear. I'm waiting.

just swapped the exhausts systems round, the twin straight through on the grey V7TT is just too noisy with the new engine!

First off.... To the OP... very nice work. Must be a ton of fun.

I think there is a market for this type of bike. I have an NTX but I won't take it in the dirt... my legs are too short and it's too heavy. I think there is a huge market for MG in the 850/900 range from a mini Stelvio and Norge to a truly dirt worthy bike as the OP has done. Give it both a 21" and 19" tire version as Triumph has done.
