They have a re-pop of the Tonti style key "knob" that looks interesting.

I'll take that as a "NO" :thumb:

At $50 a pop....no.

WOW I didn't get that far into it. Me neither!

That's a guess because it's in Euros. With the cost of shipping/handling etc. Would probably be over $60 USD.

If I didn’t have my original keys I would pay the money. I love those keys and a conventional key just doesn’t look right. They can’t be cheap to make at least in the short run.

I have one for the CX but the LMIII is knob-less. I'd like to have 3, but that's a pretty good chunk to lay out.

Agreed.

With 4 bikes that take that key, it ain't gonna happen. otherwise I'd have to turn in my red suspenders

I bought the stainless valve cover bolts from this guy a few years back. He was a really nice guy. He seems to have a few more items now than he used to have. A little expensive, but I wanted them.

I bought one blank, because I got only one key with the G5. Easy transaction, I wrote Keith via the website contact form and got a quote by email. Paid via Paypal. 51 GBP incl. shipping to Austria.

I'm just wondering if the black plastic cap would interfere with placing the new blank key on a modern key grinding machine? On those machines, aren't keys usually clamped at the head of the key?

Saw an ad for them in the Moto Guzzi Club GB mag, but at £42 each I'll pass.
Hard to see how they justify such a price.

You take the hinge pin out. I was going to carve one of the buttons out of wood or aluminum years ago but never did. Now think they could be made with a printer but I’ve no experience with that.

If you guys could order a couple and have them drop shipped to my house that would be great
