Besides scotch and cigars, I got a Dewalt cordless drill.  Variable speed, reversible, and titanium bits.

Sorry I didn't have them last time you were here Dusty.  Seems like I already paid for it considering Home Depot rental fees.

BTW- Happy New Year Dusty!

Yeah, I am pretty lucky with Bev.  I am not fooling anyone about who does the heavy lifting here.

In addition to my TomTom computerized get-lost gizmo, I got some good motorsickle books.

“Physics for Gearheads,” by Randy Beikmann, who works at GM’s Milford Proving Grounds up in Michigan.

“Riding with Rilke,” by Ted Bishop.

And then there is Candiya Mann’s “On Grief, Hope, and Motorcycles.”   I’m about half-way through this one, but quite impressed so far.  Excellent description of gut-punching grief and a brave woman’s struggle to deal with it.

Presents for the bikes, well not really. Repair parts yes.

Well I guess I did buy a present for the Harley. The adapter and lenses to make the rear turn signals brake/turn/running lights. I do like a bit of light back there for the cagers to see me better over their phones :violent1:

Proof that you can lead a horse to water, but that doesn't make it a hippopotamus.    :Beating_A_Dead_Hors e_by_liviu: <--- also not a hippopotamus

I am generally not a fan of aftermarket exhaust because of the increased noise, but that exhaust should have come on that bike.  Very nice!

I guess this means and I am even less of the fan of huge mufflers on one side of a motorcycle.

and feel it too. While textiles are more practical, it just feels better to me whenever I can wear leather.

I hear they are expensive to feed. You may be better off without one.
