Title: TCX Boots--xlnt customer service (NGC)

I bought a pair of TCX roadster boots last year. They developed a minor problem, so I got in touch with TCX customer service. They quickly fixed the problem and I'm pleased with the way they handled the situation. Nice boots, too.
