I think most dietary problems are from people being fed a lot of bullshit.

I hope no one follows ALL the advice in this thread.   You'd be dead in a month.

I do not eat red meat due to allergies.  Tick bites cause an allergic reaction to Alph-Gal sugar in red meat. The sugar cause stomach cramping and several trips to the toilet the next day.  I have craving for meat, but get over it.  Chicken, turkey and sea food are my choices.  Lots of carbs in my diet.  If you go meatless, you have to watch the ingredients in foods.  There is medicines that use beef and pork by products, lard in many food and dairy in just about everything.  You need to take zinc picolinate to get zinc in your diet.  I have low cholesterol and good body mass at 56 y.o.

Part of long motorcycle rides is stopping for a good hot meal.

Wouldnt it be nice to have a nice hot snack made available by the built in cooker in your vehicles exhaust system?

Yay. Lets stop and eat! I want some smoked turkey! cough cough.

Lots of idiocy on what to eat to live a healthier life. Here is a website that is the holy grail of diet and nutrition.  There is a searchable database and many great videos.  Watch the one called " Rooting out the leading causes of Death" Extremely funny and informative.

Food is polictical .... ~; and has started lotsa wars in the past.

Now this month, Europe announce limits on their own silly and expensive "food into gas programs! (thats biofuels including ethanols.)

However, the UN has officially recommended, to compensate, and save the world in the process, to change our eating habits and all start eating these .......

Ugh!

Leading to the next stage.....
