I chose my wife's PayPal account. ....
That's what I understand. We'll need a donor bike, and get it to him somehow. Then set up a Paypal account. We'll probably have to pay our own way down under to see it, though. When are we getting started? Lannis
If Luap would change his PayPal name to "Soft Silhouettes" or "Virginia Candle Company", I could fund WG for YEARS ....Lannis

When someone asks for $4 a mile instead of a handout, they're indicating that they are prepared to do something within their scope to warrant the injection of funds by you. That's where the idea of a group funded project bike is different to pressing the "donate" button and just walking off. That's a bit different to begging for a handout. Now Luap doesn't canvass for donations, the reliance is upon those who presumably have the maturity to realise that it's just a good idea. I don't know how many members we have, although I could check, but I'm guessing that ten bucks each would go damn close to covering the bill. Simply reduce the next ride by an amount and you've saved the ten bucks that you would have blown. There's everyone's donation sorted. We could start on the project when you knock on my door, how's that for a proposal ? And anyway, any bike built in Australia, would not be readily registerable in the States. It was and still is, just a conceptual idea. Huzo. BTW, sorry I buggered up and posted my reply incorrectly...
Posting this link because some have asked for it and are unable to see it. Thanks everyone. We're almost on track to where we were same time frame last year. Without you all, this would wither up and die...http://www.wildguzzi.com/donations.htmThanks,Luap
