This seems like a good deal to me. Always wanted a side car. Just can't do it right now.

I think that's a great deal.  Wish I had the money.  Mom in the side car and the kid in the trailer  ;D
I remember the leaning side cars- always thought it was a good idea.  Not so enamored of pulling a trailer. 
Kind of kills the motorcycle-ness of the bike.

I'm no expert but the way the chair mounts looks perilous. to pivot the mounts should be on the centerline of the tires not offset to one side.

That sidecar doesn't lean with the bike, it leans the opposite way from the bike when cornering! Would be exciting for the passenger though.
