Can anyone shed some light on this?:
I am preparing to fit an aftermarket EFI/CDI kit to a 2014 V7 engine that is missing most of the OEM gubbins.
The toothed wheel that triggers the CPK sensor has 48 teeth, less 2 gaps of 2 teeth.
These gaps are diametrically opposite each other.
If the ignition is triggered by the gap passing the sensor plus a programmed delay, how does the OEM ECU know when to fire cylinder 1 and when to fire cylinder 2?
