Does that count the 800 search bots?

In the vein of my observation back when I was in Special Forces - assuming a 12 man team though number was infrequent it is a good number to make the point:

"Yup, SF, top 10%... 12 man team and 12 better ideas!"

So, with that levity in mind, I wish to add a correction, no, an amplification of sorts.

That omelet gots ta have - and don't cheap out here - sour cream and English parsley. :boozing:

Hey now, plenty of hairy armed and dirty finger nailed fellas enjoy a sprig of quality parsley.... wait, what?... Truffles?

Assuming one is not forced to pay a Gallic porcine premium... why not?

"Sarah, I'd like to upgrade my Duster this morning with truffles and might you use duck eggs as well? There's a good girl."

Omelet:
Three eggs (local free range)
A plop of 1/2 & 1/2 milk/cream
Sautéed mushroom slices & onion in of course olive oil
Diced ham
Diced tomato optional
Cheese(s) of your liking

If you like em fluffy mix eggs, a bit if salt & 1/2 & 1/2 with a handheld electric blender. Poor mix into large frying pan of melted butter. When starting to bubble around the edges, add the other stuff. You can put cheese inside or on top or both. When pretty much firmed up fold in half. Should be nicely browned on the outside. Season with pepper, a bit of garlic powder and a bit of Cavinder's powder.

Another route to very fluffy omelets is to use sparkling water in the mix.
I like to top them with avocado creme, not necessarily guacamole if the motif is not southwest.

I wonder - will the "fuzzy" water from our SodaStream Penguin home carbonator do the trick?

Will they firm up quickly enough to still use our cast iron crepe rimmed pan?

Yes Dusty, we cooks our eggs on a crêpe pan and my "man card" hasn't been pulled yet... 'course, there is that blackmail-grade apron and bulldog slippers, if one believes the rumors.

My goodness gosh! "Fuzzy water"! That is what I call it. Yes, that ought work properly. Si long as your cast iron is seasoned and hot as the mix hits, it should do well.
