Maybe to give more leverage to a spanner wrench to set ride height?

Bingo!
Dig out the suspension pages of the owners manual. Set it up for your weight as they show it. It will be very close. Especially after 2-3000 miles of break in.

Cadre cycle has the shop book available online free. It probably shows the specs.

Yep  :thumb:
That’ll be to increase your pre load if you want your suspension firmer….

extension handle.  It's slip over a wrench or two in the tool kit, like a C-spanner and give you more leverage.

Fits the big spanner for the rear axle on the Breva. Still not enough leverage. (or I am just not strong enough)
